Objective: 

To gain practical experience in the online menswear apparel business, focusing on product curation, business development, and process optimization for improved efficiency and growth. 

Duration: 

Min 3 Months (Work From Office) Max 6 Months (Work From Office)

Key Focus Areas: 

  1. Business Insights: 
  • Understand online menswear market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Analyze seasonal impacts, particularly in the Indian market. 
  1. Curation & Merchandising: 
  • Assist in curating trend-driven collections for key campaigns (e.g., Autumn/Winter). 
  • Collaborate with design teams to optimize product assortments. 
  • Making Fashion Curated Line for the Site:Participate in creating specialized product lines based on fashion trends. 
  1. Business Development: 
  • Support partnerships and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Pinning on Various Brands and Category PLP: Assist in organizing brand and product listings on category pages. 
  1. Process Improvement: 
  • Store QC and Improvement: Ensure quality checks on product pages and continuously improve store presentation. 
  1. Trend Identification & Brand Sourcing: 
  • Identification of New Fashion Trends and Brands: Research emerging trends and potential new brands and present findings to the core team for integration. 

Deliverables: 

  • Weekly reports on key learnings and business insights 
  • Final presentation on contributions and business improvement ideas
