Job Description – Company Secretary Intern
Ensure routine company law related compliances
Assistance in preparation of pre and post meeting documents for the board and general meetings, drafting of minutes and resolutions for the meetings
Preparation and filing of routine and event-based filing requisite e-forms with the Registrar of Companies
Preparation and updation of statutory registers of the Company
Good knowledge of FEMA provisions and assistance in related filings
Tracking applicability of various company law compliances for the group entities
Assistance in due diligence at various levels
Provide relevant corporate secretarial support under various jurisdictions
