Job Responsibilities
As an Associate Services Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining a good service experience for Deloitte employees and customers.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Provide high-quality customer service to users approaching the CTS Support Center.
- Provide hardware and application support and assist with hardware and software asset management.
- Install and configure standard operating system images on laptops and desktop computers.
- Coordinate with external customers and vendors whenever required.
- Work under the guidance of supervisors and managers while implementing new technologies.
- Provide emergency technical support outside regular working hours on a rotational basis, according to service-level requirements.
- Support mobile device deployment, configuration, activation, testing, account changes, and troubleshooting.
- Build good working relationships with business users across different levels of the organization.
- Understand users’ technical requirements, recommend suitable support services, and take ownership of issues until they are resolve.
- Maintain proper records of technical issues, solutions, service requests, and asset-related activities.
- Follow established processes, policies, and Service Level Targets (SLTs).
- Perform password resets and manage workstations through Active Directory.
- Support and provide basic training for audio/video conferencing equipment used across the office.
- Perform regular checks and provide event-related support for video conferencing and television/cable systems.
- Work with infrastructure teams such as LAN, WAN, and Telephony whenever on-site technical assistance is require.
