  • Educational Qualification

  • Experience

Role Overview

As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the structural performance of aircraft components and assemblies. You will work closely with global engineering teams, particularly colleagues in the United States, to ensure aircraft structures meet safety and performance requirements. The position requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks within tight project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structural Analysis
    • Perform structural assessments for aircraft components and assemblies.
    • Conduct static, fatigue, vibration, and damage tolerance analyses.
    • Calculate loads and evaluate structural performance under different operating conditions.
  • Structural Integrity Evaluation
    • Analyze components using classical engineering methods and finite element modeling techniques.
    • Verify structural strength and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Load Analysis
    • Create Free Body Diagrams (FBDs) and map structural load paths.
    • Generate applied loads, interface loads, and internal load distributions.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Prepare technical reports, strength check notes, and engineering documentation.
    • Update and maintain stress analysis reports using MS Office tools.
  • Project Coordination
    • Manage assigned engineering tasks while ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
    • Monitor key engineering performance indicators such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First Pass Yield (FPY).
  • Collaboration
    • Work with cross-functional teams across different business units.
    • Communicate technical findings and provide engineering solutions to complex structural challenges.
