Job description
- Engage with B2C customers to build and strengthen relationship to generate Gold Loan & Business Loan business.
- Generate sales business for Gold loan, Business loan and PL
- – Ensure timely collection
- – Ensure productivity through direct and indirect business
- – Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry.
- – Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales
- – Plan location wise outdoor sales in defined location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers.
- – Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team.
- – Competitive Assessment:
- – The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics.
- – Regular market visit and updating Daily Visit report
- – Sales & Collect responsibility
- – Clearing day to day customer queries
