Compensation

Required Skills and Technical Knowledge
HCLTech is looking for candidates with strong interest and exposure in modern AI technologies. Preferred skills include:
- Experience building Large Language Model (LLM) based applications such as chatbots, recommendation systems, and text summarization solutions.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and prompt engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks including:
- Microsoft AI Foundry
- Azure AI
- LangChain
- Semantic Kernel
- AutoGen
- CrewAI
- Similar AI ecosystems
- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and experience working on multi-agent proof-of-concept (POC) or production-level implementations.
- Ability to analyze business use cases, evaluate ROI opportunities, and identify AI-driven improvements in infrastructure and operational environments.
