Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Card Administrator at Sutherland in Bengaluru. The Associate Card Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to card administration, data management, and processing card transactions. They will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping for card activities.
Qualifications
- Amex Card Administration :
- Manage issuance, cancellation, and general maintenance of Amex cards, acting as the primary contact/SPOC with the Amex representative.
- Expense Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze T&E spending data to identify trends, ensure compliance with policy, and propose cost-saving opportunities.
- Policy Compliance and Fraud Prevention:
- Conduct regular audits to identify any non-compliant spending, potential fraud, and implement corrective course of actions.
- Employee Support and Training:
- Serve as a dedicated resource for employees for T&E-related questions and conduct periodic training on policy and best practices.
