ICICI Bank Hiring 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation or Engineering from any stream
• Minimum with 60% (aggregate) in graduatio
• Applicants should be below 25 years of age

Remuneration

• Stipend during the programme – A total stipend of ₹2.32 lakh to ₹2.60 lakh will be paid during the programme.
• Starting Salary (CTC) – ₹5.00 Lakh to ₹5.50 Lakh**Based on location.

Selection Process

STEP 1 : Online Aptitude Test

Once the applicants are shortlisted, the first step is to undergo an online aptitude test. It comprises of three sections (Verbal, Quantitative and Logical ability). The test duration is of 60 minutes. The details of the test shall be communicated over e-mail & WhatsApp. As this is a time bound test, please read the instructions carefully before attempting the test through the link shared over the mail & WhatsApp. This test can be attempted through mobile as well as Laptop/Desktop. Chrome is the recommended browser for the test. 

STEP 2 : Personal Interview (Face-to-Face Interview)

Applicants who have successfully completed the Aptitude Test shall be invit for the physical interview process. Before the interview date, it is necessary to update the photograph, resume, and complete the declaration. The interviews will be conduct at ICICI Bank Office/Branch locations. Detailed information on the interview will be share on your registered mail ID.
