Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Understand E2E EDI architecture & business processes between HP & Partner systems and collaborate with IT & Operations teams for structural fix of recurring EDI fallouts issues.
- Drive programs by collaborating with functions like HP IT, Partner Ops/IT, regional teams to identify & Fix EDI issues permanently.
- Drive process improvements resulting in business benefits.
- Identifying issues in gateway systems and collaborating with IT to resolve those issues.
- Monitoring document flow within HP system
