Work Requirements
This position requires candidates to work from the Virtusa campus in Hyderabad.
The role follows 24×7 rotational shifts, with the shift changing approximately every 45 days. Shift allowances will be provided, and partial transportation support may be available depending on the region.
The expected shift timings are:
- JAPAC: 3:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- EMEA: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- NAMER: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Candidates should also be flexible to work extended hours during periods of increased workload, particularly around the end of the quarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Order and Contract Management
- The selected candidate will review incoming Order Forms using Google Workspace tools.
- The responsibility includes checking whether the forms are complete, financially accurate, and in line with company policies.
- Candidates will also work with Salesforce (Vector) to track sales opportunities and support CPQ processes to ensure that information is correctly pass on for billing.
- Operations and SLA Management
- The role involves monitoring work queues and using Q+ and other tracking tools to maintain data accuracy and ensure that tasks are completed within the require service-level agreements (SLAs).
- The candidate will also coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Credit teams to resolve billing issues, booking errors, and other operational discrepancies.
- Renewals and Compliance
- Candidates will process renewal requests by following the required checklists and updating internal systems.
- They will also need to make sure that contracts are aligne with applicable commercial and legal requirements and complete the necessary policy and approval checks.
- Collaboration and Quality
- The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide clarification and support escalated cases with accurate data.

- Responding to quality-assurance feedback
- Reducing recurring errors
- Maintaining work quality and accuracy
- Helping minimize client-related defects
Role Objective
The Analyst – OMPF is responsible for reviewing and managing order forms and contracts related to Google services.
The main objective of the role is to make sure that the requirements received from Field Sales Representatives (FSR) and DSS are accurate and complete. The candidate will work with SMEs, QA, DSS, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order validation, compliance with company policies, operational efficiency, and a good customer experience.
