Capgemini has yet to begin on-campus recruitment process for 2025 pass-outs. Last year, Capgemini has changed its recruitment pattern. Capgemini Off Campus Drive for 2025 Batch – especially introducing a brand new Game Based Aptitude Test Round. This Pattern will be Applicable to 2025 Batch as well. This new pattern of Capgemini, including the Game Based Aptitude Test (or Game Based Assessment) has caused a lot of anxiety to students.

Capgemini Exceller Recruitment Process 2024 has 6 Rounds of Selection Process:

• Technical Test
• English Communication test
• Game based Aptitude Test
• Behavioral Competency Test
• Spoken English
• Coding

Round 1 – Online Test of Capgemini Exceller Recruitment Process 2024-2025

Technical Test 

• In this round there will be 45 mcq questions  which have to be answered in the time limit of 45 minutes.
  • Ignore the syntax error, like missing semi-colon or bracket, and work on the logic.
  • As this is an elimination round, so you will proceed only if you clear this round.

English Communication Test

• This will be a MCQ section with four options for every question.

Coding :

• Capgemini Exceller coding section is only for those students who have qualified till Spoken English Round and if you will be able to solve 1 questions you will get package of 5.75 LPA and if you will solve both question then you will get 7.50 LPA package.Preferable language:

Round 2 – Technical Interview Capgemini Exceller Recruitment Pattern 2024

After successfully clearing the Round- 1 of Capgemini Exceller Hiring Process, the selected students are called up for the Technical Interview Round of Capgemini Recruitment Process which is the Round – 2. In this round the students can expect the questions like these:

The Capgemini eligibility criteria for freshers is pretty similar to most other companies.

Graduation Criteria

1. B.E / B.Tech  in any discipline (CSE/ECE/IT/EEE/TELECOM/EI).
2. M.Sc graduates in Computer Science & Information Technology can apply.
3. The graduation should be a Full-Time course recognized by the Central/State government of India. (No Part-Time/Correspondence course)
4. A candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation. In case your college follows the CGPA system, either multiply it by 10 or calculate percentage using the university’s guidelines.
