• Freshers/ Experienced candidates with B1 or B2 certification in Portuguese Language
• Excellent written skills in Portuguese and English
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in 24X7 shifts (Rotational – 5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Designed/ Update maps to provide transparency and updates on the status of their various online services.
• System Status Page, This is the primary source for real-time information about the operational status of the services. It includes updates on service availability and any ongoing issues across the ecosystem, including applications & maps services.
• Provide geographic data on service outages or issues.
• While detailed, region-specific maps are less common. The System Status page often indicates if there are widespread issues affecting multiple regions.
• Publish incident reports or updates that describe the nature of the issues. Estimated resolution times and any relevant details about affected services.
