Day To Day Work Profile Would Entail
- exposure to the entire M&A or PE deal cycle from industry landscaping and pitching
(Deal Origination) to preparing financial models, business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction
documentation (Deal Execution)
- Candidate will be a key member of the investment banking team and would be involved in
private equity, venture capital, debt fund raising and mergers & acquisition transactions
- Developing and auditing financial models of international standard
- Business Valuations and Investment Analysis
- Research and analysis: Prepare pitches, investment memorandums, research reports
- Participate in the entire deal-making process from pitching, to preparing the financial models,
business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction documentation
